Return Policy
We want you to be happy with every item you purchase from Magic Men Shop. If you are not satisfied with your purchase we are happy to accept returns within 30 days for any reason. However, the item MUST be in original condition, unopened and unused with its packaging completely intact. If the product packaging has been opened then we cannot accept a return for obvious health reasons. So have a good look at the product in the package – if you are not happy then do not open it, simple!

You will be responsible for return shipping costs of non-defective products. Faulty Items
You are entitled to a refund for items purchased from Magic Men Shop if the item is faulty, not of merchantable quality or not fit for its purpose. All items are carefully inspected before they are packed to ensure they are in perfect condition.
Simply take a photo of the product showing the issue and email it to us at info@magicmen.com.au. A member of our team will then respond to your email with a solution within 24 hours. Magic Men reserves the right to ask you to demonstrate that you did not cause or create the fault in the item. Please know that faulty goods must be returned within a reasonable time after purchase. Exchange Policy
Unfortunately, we cannot process exchanges, however, we can issue you with a credit note available to use online. To obtain a credit note you must meet these conditions:

- Goods are in new condition
- Does not apply to goods that are worn, used or damaged by the customer
- Goods must retain all original labels and packaging

Restocking Fees
